Welcome to MindStep. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MindStep is a subconscious-mind training and journaling tool. It is for personal wellness and educational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care.

2. Account

You must be 13 or older to create an account, and 18 or older to subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Prices are shown in SAR and are VAT-inclusive (15%).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You may cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to access it by automated means without consent, reverse-engineer the app, infringe others' rights, or upload unlawful content.

5. Intellectual property

All training content, affirmations, copy, brand, and code belong to MindStep. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal purposes.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results vary by individual. MindStep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved before the courts of Riyadh.
