If you are not satisfied with MindStep within 7 days of your first paid subscription, we will refund your most recent payment in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the email registered on your account.
  2. Include your invoice number (found in Settings → Billing → Invoices).

Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

After 7 days

Refunds outside the 7-day window are at our discretion and are not granted by default. You can always cancel auto-renewal from Settings → Billing to avoid future charges; access continues until the end of the current period.

App Store purchases

If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, refunds must be requested directly from Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no control over App Store billing.

Sponsored or promotional plans

Sponsored, comp, or promotional subscriptions are non-refundable.
